Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, Minister of Transportation has never been this happy before. The former governor of Rivers State was all smiles as he honoured invitation by the Ad-hoc committee on Transport and Railway investigation hearing at the national assembly Abuja earlier yesterday.
The minister was present with the acting managing director of the Nigerian Railway Corporation, Fidel Okhiria, the permanent secretary ministry of Transportation Mr. Sabiu Zakari and others. He just couldn't hide his happiness as he was all smiles like never before.
