An APC chieftain and a senior lecturer in the Rivers State Polytechnic has been brutally murdered along with a female student in Rivers State.
Dr. Vincent Elvin Eebee, a senior lecturer in the Rivers State Polytechnic, now Ken-Saro Wiwa Polytechnic in Bori has been brutally shot dead by suspected political assassins. He was trailed on his way from his office to Port Harcourt and shot dead in his car.
Also killed was a 21-year-old first year female student of Mass Communication Department of the Polytechnic, identified as Miss Priye.
Eebee who was a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Yeghe community, in Gokana Local Government Area of the state, had on the 11th of March, 2016 written a petition to the All Progressives Congress, APC, alleging a threat to his life.
The Rivers State Police command has confirmed the incident.
