All Progressives Congress chieftain and Governor of the Confluence State, Yahaya Bello was in high spirits yesterday alongside his aides following his second court victory after a challenge on his gubernatorial mandate by James Abiodun Faleke.

The Kogi Government House was yesterday, 4th of August thrown into a 'party hall' following a favourable ruling at the appellate court where Governor Yahaya Bello's gubernatorial election was challenged by Lagos State House of Reps member, James Faleke.
The court also threw out the petition by the former Governor of the State, Idris Wada of the People's Democratic Party who also laid claim to the seat of the governor following the death of Audu Abubakar on the day of the election which was later declared inconclusive.
Meanwhile, rumours have it that Faleke may be heading to the Supreme Court after expressing discontentment with the appeal court ruling yesterday.
