The government of the State of Osun, under the leadership of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola once again defied financial odds in providing free train rides for both indigenes and non-indigenes coming into Osun.
Osun state is one of the heavily indebted states that is also having strong difficulties in paying the salaries of state civil servants.
